Librarian Recruitment and Retention

The parties agree to continue discussions with regard to Librarian Recruitment and Retention and Retention as an extension of the current Side Letter - Librarian Compensation, Recruitment and Retention. The parties agree to meet and discuss a plan for these discussions no later than February 15, 2006
