ARTICLE 2

ACADEMIC FREEDOM

  1. Academic freedom will extend to NSF through applicable provisions of the Academic Freedom Policy in effect at the time at the location of the NSF.

  2. Complaints alleging violation(s) of academic freedom may be reviewed in accordance with the procedures of the Academic Senate at the location of the NSF.
