If a University location in which there are NSFs is to be sold or transferred, the
University agrees to provide notice to the UC-AFT and to meet and confer regarding
the impact on NSFs.
If The Regents of the University of California is replaced by a different governing
body, the terms and conditions of this MOU will continue in full force and effect for its
duration.
